As a Senior Sales Relationship Manager, Julie brings extensive knowledge and experience to this role. With a strong Medicare and individual health insurance sales background – including over six years working with a local carrier – Julie strives to provide high-quality service and help to brokers to find the best possible outcome for their clients. She enjoys coaching new agents, watching their skills grow, and personal interactions with agents. If you see Julie at a LeClair or carrier event, please stop by to greet her!
Her B.A in Health Sciences helped lay the foundation for a successful career in the health insurance industry. Prior to joining LeClair in 2020, she was a life insurance underwriter for many years and worked with national carriers around the country.
Outside of work, Julie loves camping, sitting around campfires enjoying the peace and solitude of nature. She has especially enjoyed seeing the occasional moose wander through her campsite! Julie is also an experienced curler and enjoys the camaraderie and competition the sport brings.
Ansumana is passionate about meeting the insurance needs of communities across the US. As a Sales Relationship Manager, he leverages over 15 years of experience in customer relations, finance, and health insurance to help support and guide brokers in Medicare. He is a firm believer in building strong and enduring relationships with brokers to best serve their clients.
Ashley has spent many years working with seniors in a medical-based setting and is now helping the elderly work through the many Medicare changes that happen during the annual enrollment period. It is safe to say Ashley has a strong understanding of Medicare and how it affects our seniors. It is due to this compassion for seniors, that she has joined LeClair’s Medicare team. Outside of a vast knowledge in the nursing industry, she also brings her knowledge from her degrees in business management and paralegal studies to her position as a Sales Relationship Manager. She has a love for researching and for finding solutions to best benefit those she works with. She is enjoys helping our agents provide the best solutions and care possible for seniors today.
In her free time, Ashley can be found with her nose in a book and a cup of tea at her side. If you happen to find her without either of those items, you will find her spending time with her husband, Alex. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and swears by using onion and garlic in every dish! Ashley is enthusiastic about trying new foods, finding lots of inspiration for her dishes from the Slavic regions, as her husband is from Russia. She states she can make a delicious Pelmeni but for some reason they never turn out like her mother-in-law’s.
With over 13 years’ experience, including 9 years in sales, Omar Flores Cordero has an outstanding health insurance industry background. He has coached high-performing, top sales agents and looks forward to training and supporting agents as they work in their communities. He understands the nuances, tools, and tricks to boost sales and get clients the best coverage to meet their needs.
Omar is a graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, earning a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. When not working, he is an avid woodworker, enjoys summer nights by the fire and plays bass guitar.
