She comes from a strong Medicare and Individual health insurance sales background, bringing with her over six years working with a local carrier. She was a life insurance underwriter for many years and worked with national carriers around the country. She has a B.A. in Health Sciences, which helped lay the foundation for a successful career in health insurance.
As a Medicare Relationship Manager, Weston specializes in guiding brokers through the complexities in the Medicare space. With over 6 years under his belt in the insurance industry, Weston is prepared to take you to the next level in Senior Market Sales. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, fishing with his family, and attending his children’s sporting events.
Sarah has recently joined the LeClair Group after spending 7 years as a paraplanner / stockbroker for a financial advisory firm. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Journalism, she found a passion for building relationships with clients and working with them to achieve their financial goals. She is eager to bring that approach to the insurance industry and is looking forward to cultivating new relationships with our brokers. As a licensed Health and Life agent, she is ready to take on the challenge of the Medicare field and provide support, expertise, and first-rate client service.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and chasing around her two daughters, taking family walks around the neighborhood, and having bonfires all year round. Her favorite season is summer and is hoping to take many family trips exploring the country in the future!

As a Sales Relationship Manager, he leverages over 15 years of experience in customer relations, finance, and health insurance to help support and guide brokers in Medicare. He is a firm believer in building strong and enduring relationships with brokers to best serve their clients.
Ashley has spent many years working with seniors in a medical-based setting and within the last 5 years has moved into helping the elderly work through the many Medicare changes that happen during the annual enrollment period. It is safe to say Ashley has a strong understanding of Medicare and how it affects our seniors. It is due to this compassion for seniors, that she has joined LeClair’s Medicare team. Outside of a vast knowledge in the nursing industry, she also brings her knowledge from her degrees in business management and paralegal studies to her position as a Sales Relationship Manager. She has a love for researching and for finding solutions to best benefit those she works with. She is looking forward to helping our agents provide the best solutions and care possible for seniors today.
In her free time, Ashley can be found with her nose in a book and a cup of tea at her side. If you happen to find her without either of those items, you will find her spending time with her husband, Alex. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and swears by using onion and garlic in every dish! Ashley is enthusiastic about trying new foods, finding lots of inspiration for her dishes from the Slavic regions, as her husband is from Russia. She states she can make a delicious Pelmeni but for some reason they never turn out like her mother-in-law’s.
