LeClair Builds Staff to Service Agents

As we continue to provide the best service possible to agents, LeClair has added three significant pieces to our Sales Relationship team. When you need help and reach out to us, you want to get to a person as quickly as possible. These staff additions will enable us to provide the help and support you’ve come to expect from us.

Group Sales Team

First, we’ve added Lauren Sands to our Group Team. Lauren offers a wealth of industry knowledge in the health insurance industry. She has experience working with group, ancillary, individual and Medicare products. We’re extremely lucky to have her join our team as a Sales Relationship Manager. She offers a strong customer service background and extensive time working with agents. She takes pride in helping agents navigate the health insurance world and finds it fulfilling and rewarding.

Medicare

We’ve also added two new members to the Medicare team – Renee Belanger and Kalvin Troje.

Renee Belanger has taken on the role of Senior Sales Relationship Manager. Renee has worked in the health insurance industry since 2013 and is well-versed in the ever-changing world of health insurance. She thrives in simplifying the complexities that come along with the decisions that affect our senior population. She loves to research complex guidance when it comes to Medicare and has a passion for educating others and making Medicare easy to understand.

Also joining the Medicare team as a Sales Relationship Manager is Kalvin Troje.

Kalvin brings a wealth of skills and knowledge from past employment and has a strong insurance industry pedigree.

In previous positions, Kalvin gained strong insight into sales and customer service and learned how to identify issues and develop solutions that fit the needs of clients. With a background working with lawyers at Thomson Reuters and with engineers and other professionals in the 3D printing industry, we’re sure he will excel at listening to your questions and helping you find answers. He understands how successful resolution involves strong communication.

Furthermore, his dad has been an insurance agent for years so he recognizes the frustrations agents and clients can feel. He is looking forward to being a resource you can turn to and count on.
