A Partner Throughout the Year

We know how important a strong partner is for you to be successful as an agent. LeClair provides numerous services to help you take care of customers and grow your business. From education to information to technology and more, we’re here for you throughout the year.

Education
Understanding your craft is critical in helping people make the right choice regarding healthcare coverage. LeClair hosts numerous seminars, workshops and webinars each year. If you look at our Engage brochure, there are very few months (if any) that we do not have at least one event that will give you information you need or want.

Similarly, our carrier partners also host webinars and other events. We’ve been working hard with the carriers to promote these meetings and hope you appreciate these additional opportunities to learn.

Last, and perhaps most importantly, Healthapalooza (HAP) is the premier insurance marketing conference in the Midwest. HAP 11 is July 22-23, 2024 at Mystic Lake Center in Prior Lake. Registration is now open and we’re ready to AMP IT UP TO 11!

Information
In addition to our education opportunities, we also offer newsletters, landing pages and other materials to keep you informed of industry trends, product news and selling strategies. And, with dedicated Sales Relationship Managers, answers are just a phone call away. We want your business to be successful and we’re here to help.

Technology
With tools for quoting and enrolling, the ability to see your full book of business in one place, and easy access to data that helps keep your business thriving, we’re here to be your back office. Our Agent Portal includes links to carriers, webinars OnDemand, appointment tools and so much more.

Commissions
Finally, another important component of your work is receiving regular, consistent, and accurate commission payments. We know taking care of your clients is important to you, but receiving the proper compensation is a well-deserved aspect of your role. LeClair relies on our carrier partners for data and information, which we then turn as quickly as possible to get your commissions to you.

Our commission team constructed a useful calendar to show the timeline for 2024 commission payments to provide some basic guidance for you. Please keep in mind, though, that things beyond our control could impact the schedule. We will, however, do our best to maintain this schedule.
