HAP CE Session

Finally, at next week’s Healthapalooza, DBS has teamed with Pacific Life to offer a one-hour CE session – Estate Planning for the Other 99.9%. This course will explore how the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 (ATRA) may impact estate planning and life insurance planning. Representatives from Pacific Life will look at common planning techniques, such as B [1] trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and spousal access trusts. This year, CE credits are available to agents in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Illinois, and Nebraska.
