As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the milestones that made this year truly remarkable. Here’s a look back at how we’ve worked together to serve agents, communities, and the industry:
Empowering Agents Nationwide
- Education and Training: Delivered 15 Continuing Education credits and hosted over 50 webinars and in-person training sessions, equipping agents with the knowledge they need to better serve their clients.
- Healthapalooza: The Midwest’s premier health and life insurance conference, where agents participated in engaging CE sessions, hands-on product workshops, and extensive networking opportunities to build valuable relationships with industry professionals. The event welcomed 480 agents and sponsors, with 25 sponsor exhibitor booths in attendance.
- Expanding Our Reach: Strengthened our network by adding new partnerships and resources to support agents in all 50 states. This year, we welcomed 669 new agents and 2,194 new appointments.
Innovating for the Future
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborated with key organizations to deliver insights on long-term care trends and group plans, ensuring our agents remain at the forefront of industry developments.
Building Connections
- Nationwide Engagement: Connected with hundreds of attendees at workshops, networking events, and industry conferences across the country.
- Driven Roadshow: Visited 14 cities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota, providing healthcare updates, legislative insights, and networking opportunities to 411 attendees.
- LeClair’s Ladies Luncheon: Hosted an inspiring networking event encouraging professionals to reimagine and evolve their careers. The event featured Olympic rock climber Kyra Condie as the guest speaker.
