Privacy Policy
Effective: May 1, 2026
LeClair Group ("LeClair Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit leclairgroup.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us through the Site, including by submitting a contact form or subscribing to our email communications.
This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not cover the separate agent portal or other third‑party platforms we may link to, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.
1. Who We Are and Who This Site Serves
LeClair Group provides infrastructure, support, and resources to independent insurance agents. Our Site is directed at independent agents and other business professionals. We do not use the Site to collect health information, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you complete a contact form, request to get appointed, or subscribe to our email updates (such as "Boost Weekly"), we collect the information you submit, which includes your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies — including those loaded through Google Tag Manager. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, general location inferred from your IP address, the pages you view, links you click, referring website, and how you interact with our content and advertisements.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, precise geolocation, or other categories of sensitive personal information through the Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and process appointment or partnership requests;
- Send you marketing and informational emails you have subscribed to, and allow you to unsubscribe;
- Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site;
- Measure and improve the performance of our marketing, including advertising and retargeting campaigns;
- Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or technical problems; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and deliver and measure advertising. These technologies are managed in part through Google Tag Manager and may include analytics cookies and advertising/retargeting tags from our advertising partners.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including by deleting or blocking them. Some features of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies. For information on opting out of advertising-related tracking, see Section 7.
5. Advertising and Retargeting
We work with third-party advertising partners, including Google, to show you LeClair Group advertisements on other websites and platforms based on your visit to our Site (often called "retargeting" or "cross-context behavioral advertising"). To do this, we and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your online activity over time and across different sites.
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, this use of personal information for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information. You have the right to opt out, as described in Section 7.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your name or email address for money. We share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers and processors. We share information with vendors and partners who perform services on our behalf, such as email marketing and communications, website analytics and tag management, and advertising. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners. As described in Section 5, we share online identifiers and activity information with advertising partners to deliver and measure targeted advertising.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeClair Group, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If LeClair Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Opting Out of Targeted Advertising / "Sale" or "Sharing"
You can opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising through any of the following methods:
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If you enable GPC in a supported browser or extension, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising for that browser.
- Industry opt-out tools. You can opt out of many advertising cookies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Google. You can manage Google's use of advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
